Ice Cream

Today I am thankful for Sheridan's ice cream. Because even in the cold winter night, it still tastes like heaven in my mouth! hahaha

Today I am thankful for life. That's a pretty weird thing to be thankful for, its so broad... so I guess I am thankful for MY life! I have everything I have ever wanted, yes, I often complain, but when I think about it... goodness, I wouldn't trade anything in my life for the way it is! :D

Helpful Handy-man

Today I am thankful for my apartment handy-man who, after I spent half an hour pulling on my frozen door, brought a bucket of steaming hot water to me! After it was all poured out, the door opened right up and i left for class... unfortunately i was 15 minutes late, and now my left index finger is jammed from the pulling on my door. But, at least it opened and I got to class... where I got 10 extra credit points making my grade a 100% WOOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D Thank you, Handy-man!

Flowers! :)

Today I am thankful for flowers! :) I now have a lovely lilac that I hope I can take care for quite some time! I also have a beautiful vase full of orchids! Of course these little presents came from my wonderful Michael! :)

Back on Track! :)

Its been a week, and yes, i have thought about sitting down and blogging, but i just lost motivation. But I am getting back on track. And today I am thankful for this blog. I noticed a huge attitude adjustment this week when I wasn't thinking of what I was thankful for. Who would have thought something so simple could have such a positive impact?!

Today I am so thankful for my wonderful friends! I had a nice girls day out and bought 2 new shirts, a cardigan, and a black long-sleeves shirt. And here's the best part... it only cost me $34!!!! :) :) YAY for good shopping!

DAY SEVEN

This is day seven! WOOT a whole week! Today I am so thankful for My loving Michael! Yeah, i know no one wants to read the mushy stuff... but come on its almost Valentine's Day! Anyways, I can see him changing every day into the wonderful man he is becoming! I love him so fully for the effort he puts into making himself better! :)

Smile!!

Today I am thankful for the many people in my life that make me smile! Its funny how smiling is just so important to everyone. I smile all the time simply because of people around me!! I love you guy!

Small Incites!

Today is day two of round three! And i am exhausted! Today I thankful for little insights we get whether through our own intuition or others! Michael noted today that I always say I didn't or won't do something because "I'm too lazy." Along side this he put in the fact that I am in deed NOT lazy in school work. And when I looked at it I was right... I am not too lazy... I'm simply too BUSY! Too busy doing things I generally don't care about, to do things I love. Like play piano... I try to play every day... the piano calls to me always, so i can't forget to play! haha But, when i do, its only for short 5 to 10 min times. Never for an hour or even 45 min... nope! TOO BUSY!

haha so now I have a little better feeling about my motivation! lol

Starting Over....again

Alright, I'm getting sidetracked too easily and missed another day, so its back to day one! Today I am thankful for my glasses. I normally wear contacts but my eyes are so tired that having my contacts in is not so pleasing! hahaha

Brick by Brick

Today, day 3 of my new time around... I am thankful for the past. There are many things that I feel sad or regretful from my past... There are things that made me angry and things I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy... but as I was thinking today, i realized each of these makes up my personality and made me who I am. Without all these sad and terrible moments, I would not recognize all of the wonderful and joyous things in my life. As for those memories in my past that are happy, I treasure them deeply, for they gave me the strength to go on, step by step, brick by brink... building me and shaping me into the person I am today. And I have no doubts that the things of today will be what I reflect so highly upon in days to come. The future is today; only through the examination of the past due we learn how to manipulate that future!

Starting over... Day 2

Today i am thankful for wonderful Michael! He always makes me smile especially when I haven't been sleeping well and am kinda grouchy! hehe So today I am thankful for his patience and for always trying to make me smile!!

Yesterday, i was really busy and forgot to write... so that sucks! :( But today i am thankful for libraries that safe me money cause i don't have to buy the books i use only once! lol
